1.08.2009 Deputy Head Physician of the Russian Children's Clinical Hospital A.A. Bologov
and Head of the Department of Kidney Transplantation A.L. Valov have added four more children
to the list of patients who have undergone
kidney transplantations and now urgently need Valcyte. They are Alexander Voloshin, Artem Shchelchkov,
Artem Arkhipov, and Valya Levina.
The total amount of Valcyte required for all 12 patients is 15 packs.

help. Eight patients of this department after kidney transplantations
need Valcyte. They are Rita Vishvenko,
Valeria Shakhova, Ivan Mishchenko, Kostya Karsanov, Nastya
Fedotova, Tanya Kurepina, Katya Rais, and Vasili Neustroev.
The children need this drug for prevention and treatment of
CMV infection. One pack costs 67,000 roubles, and a total
of 10 packs is needed (about $21,600).
