I am Alexei Pastushchin's mother. My child is five years old now. And
when he fell ill in 2004, he was only two. When we got to the
Russian Children's Clinical Hospital, we learned that he had a retroperitoneal
tumor. The diagnosis was ganglioblastoma. After combined treatment
(chemotherapy and surgery), we were discharged from hospital. But my
boy fell ill again a year later. Now he had tumor cells in his bone
marrow. Some of these cells still remain after treatment at the
Department of Oncology. This means that we will need expensive
drugs for further therapy. But I cannot pay for them now. I also
have another son, who is in his third school year, and our
family income is barely sufficient for daily life. I rely
only on your help.
With gratitude,
L.M. Pastushchina
