The total sum spent by the Regional Public Charity Foundation
for Seriously ill and Abandoned Children in 2007 was
38,491,000 roubles ($1,571,000).
The supply of medications to the hospital in 2007 was notably higher than
in earlier years. So, in addition to traditionally important expenses,
such as purchase of medications and support of unrelated marrow
transplantation program, the Foundation has also managed to
allot significant sums for buying state-of-the-art medical equipment
for various clinical and diagnostic hospital departments,
maintenance of the House of
Hope cottage for children receiving out-patient treatment,
and construction of a new cottage
for orphan patients.
* The total sum spent by the Foundation
for buying hospital equipment was 7,600,000 roubles ($310,205). Purchased:

the Foundation has paid for the search of unrelated bone
marrow donors:

Anton Drobov,
Liza Pugacheva,
Stas Andryukov,
Serezha Shapoval, and others.
* A total of 1,617,000 roubles
($66,000) has been transferred for construction of a new cottage for
orphan patients, which is the most important new project of this year
for us.
* A total of 1,262,000

take care of orphan patients
at our hospital.

some time, and it has become a real home for its little inhabitants
and their mothers.
* Over 60 families of
hospital patients have received social help for about
2,000,000 roubles ($81,635) through announcements
