My daughter Polina Danilyuk is 22 months old. We need your help. Presently we are at the Department of
Psychoneurology-2 of the Russian Children's Clinical Hospital. Polina's preliminary diagnosis is neurometabolic
nervous system disorder. She should be examined at another medical institution, and this
examination costs a certain sum of money, which I cannot provide. Our financial situation is very difficult,
because I raise my two children all by myself. My husband left us as soon as he learned that
Polina is seriously ill, and now we don't get any help or support from him. My only living
relative is my father, who is presently getting just old-age pension, nothing more.

Her preliminary diagnosis is neurometabolic nervous system disorder. The child should be examined
at the Laboratory of Genetic Scientific Center (Russian Academy of Medical Sciences) to exclude
urea cycle disorders. This examination costs about 30,000 roubles ($1000).
